We do not rent mobile homes.
We are located about three miles west of Comfort off Highway 41 and Ralph Banks Road in Jones County NC.
Comfort Elementary School and Comfort Library are within three miles. The surrounding area is rural but minutes from Richlands, Jacksonville, Kinston, Beulaville, Trenton and New Bern.
Homes must be Wind Zone II or better.
Lots available for single wide, double wide and triple wide homes.
Small indoor pets are welcome.
